As part of the public consultation sessions for the National Plan – which involve NGOs, scientific societies, public authorities, community groups and businesses – SEBOT contributed its ideas on habitat restoration, taking into account climate change, gaps in information and mapping, and the difficulties in integrating perspectives and areas of expertise that are so compartmentalised in our country. The design and approval of the Plan are still at the halfway stage, and SEBOT will continue to participate in subsequent sessions before it is submitted to the EU for approval.
